Is this what you do? Yes, I have worked with a large company this past year in assisting with a workplace transition.
Do you help MTFs? I work with all transgender populations.
How much do you charge? My fee depends on several factors: Location of your company, travel time, prep time, trainings/consulting request.
How long does the process take? This depends on what your company is seeking assistance with, what is already in place/established and what your companies goals are. From feedback I received from another company I worked with, my work/training helped ease a lot of questions and move the company forward in workplace diversity.
